Technical Delivery Lead / Manager needed for a pension provider, who can lead but also be a technical guide.

You will be responsible for delivering a pipeline of technical solutions across the business including end to end business IT changes, architecture design to development, testing and deployment.

These solutions are based on a range of Microsoft cloud technologies, including within the Power Platform, Azure Cloud Services, MS 365, Dynamics, as well as via bespoke coding in Python, .Net, C# and SQL, Power BI.

You will manage a small team (6 or 7) and work closely with stakeholders and managers – both technical and people skills are key.

Your background

• Strong experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
• Highly people focussed, your interpersonal skills and experience are key
• Technical Lead experience in software architecture design, development, testing and deployment of projects
• Strong technical skills including Cloud services – Synapse Workspace Analytics (or ADF2), python notebooks, SQL relational database, Parquet dataset, Power BI reports (dashboards, Paginated, DAX queries), App Services, Web APIs (REST), Service Bus and Power Platform solutions including Cloud automation, RPA, Model Driven Apps
• Experience in leading detailed design workshops, playbacks, testing, and training sessions
