Well done to Sam Brookes at som3’s Northern Global Sales Hub HQ on making his first placement one day shy of his one month anniversary into his first recruitment job. Permanent Full-stack software developers don’t grow on trees these days (many experienced Recruiters give up on these at the first hurdle!), but Sam has worked tirelessly all month during his training induction, and got his first offer (which was accepted) with our Software House customer based in The Midlands.
