Neil started his IT / technology recruitment career for Spring IT back in 1997, working and developing their largest account at the time.

From 2006 – 2018 Neil held a Senior Management Leadership role within the Recruitment / HR / Facilities & Compliance components at Comms-Care (Microsoft & Cisco Gold Partner), during which time he was instrumental in their massive growth and eventual successful acquisition by Ingram Micro. Neil likes doing fitness stuff and can out-run everyone at som3. Known as ‘Milky’ on account there are ghosts with better suntans than him.
